Dashboard Player

The dashboard player of TPT can be used to execute dashboard projects previously created with TPT. The latest version can be downloaded here.

TPT License

You need a license to use TPT. We offer you a basic license to run the core features of TPT. Additionally, you can buy further license packages so that TPT can, for example, interact with MATLAB/Simulink.

TPT Installation

TPT can be installed on any Windows 10 system. Up to TPT 14, you can either install a 32-bit version or a 64-bit version. Starting with TPT 15, only 64-bit installation is supported.

 

Installation

  1. Unzip the TPT installation file and extract the content to a folder.
  2. Run the Setup.exe file with admin rights.
  3. (only up to TPT 14) Choose to install the 64-bit, the 32-bit, or both versions.
  4. Select a folder for the installation.
  5. Select the start menu folder in which you would like to create the TPT shortcuts.
  6. Select the links to TPT, for example link TPT test data files to TPT, so every time you double-click a test data file, it will open in this TPT version.
  7. Agree with the license terms.

License Activation

  1. Execute TPT.
  2. Select the suitable license type (Dongle, FlexLM file, FlexLM license server, PikeTec license server).
  3. Add the license file or navigate to it. For license server, enter the server address.
  4. Click OK.

Dashboard Player Installation

  2. Run the Setup.exe file with admin rights to link dashboard files to the Dashboard Player.
  3. Choose to install the 64-bit, the 32-bit, or both versions.
  4. Select a folder for the installation.
  5. Select the start menu folder in which you would like to create the Dashboard Player shortcuts.
  6. Select the links to the Dashboard Player, for example link dbplay files to the Dashboard Player, so every time you double-click a dbplay file, it will open in this Dashboard Player version.
  7. Agree with the license terms.

License Activation

The Dashboard Player is royalty-free, no license activation  is necessary.
